Refund policy

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Books must be unread and undamaged. Books that have been read are not eligible for a change-of-mind return.

Email eko@ekolovesyou.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will provide the return address and instructions.

For a change-of-mind return, you pay the return postage. Once we receive and inspect the books, we will refund the price you paid for the returned books to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.

Damaged, incorrect or faulty books

Email eko@ekolovesyou.com as soon as you notice the problem. Include your order number, a description and photos of the book and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund for a confirmed problem at no extra cost to you. If a return is needed, we will cover the return postage.

The restriction on read books does not affect claims for damaged, incorrect or faulty books. Please do not send a book directly to the printer. Contact EKO first.

Refund timing

We will confirm when your return or claim has been approved. Your bank or payment provider controls when the refund appears in your account.

These terms do not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
